Square assembly welding units for professional plastic welding

The square assembly welding units from RIEXINGER have been specially developed for the precise welding and thermal forming of plastic sheets and components. Thanks to their bevelled heating plate, they are also ideal for bending sheet material.

The appliances have a non-stick coating that prevents plastic from sticking and makes cleaning easier. The temperature control is available either thermostatically or electronically with analogue or digital display. Interval control ensures even and reliable welding cycles. With electronically controlled appliances, the temperature is set and monitored in accordance with DVS 2208.

Each appliance is supplied with a stable base frame that enables both vertical and horizontal use. In addition to the standard version for 230 volts, versions with 110 volts and other voltages are also available on request.
