The BSM 631-67.5° was specially developed for the demanding machining of large pipe diameters (110 – 630 mm) made of plastic and composite materials. It is the answer to the increasing demands of modern pipeline construction: faster, more precise and more versatile.

Where other machines require time-consuming changeovers, the BSM 631-67.5° shows its strength. Thanks to the extended swivel range, you can perform both +22.5° and -67.5° cuts in a single clamping. The result: a massive reduction in set-up times and a significant increase in your profitability when manufacturing Y-pieces.
Process reliability meets ease of use
The semi-automatic control system relieves the operator of critical work steps. The electric saw feed ensures constant pressure, while the laser cutter detection visualises the exact starting point. Combined with the pneumatic material clamping and the stable V-table, you achieve maximum accuracy – cut after cut.
