Heating elements for butt welding by RIEXINGER are versatile and universally applicable for a wide range of materials and applications and are available in various sizes.
The temperature of our units is controlled by a thermostat or electronics. A control lamp integrated in the handle indicates the heating interval. All heating elements for direct material processing have a non-stick PFTE coating. A workbench holder for safe “laying down” of the unit is included in the scope of delivery.

The advantage of the square shape: maximum contact surface
Unlike our round heating elements, the HGV series is specially designed for applications where maximum contact area and uniform heating across a wide joint are crucial. The square shape ensures optimum heat input, especially when butt welding plates, moulded parts and geometries that are not round. This is typical for container and apparatus construction or in the manufacture of special plastic constructions. The non-stick coated surface of the HGV devices ensures that the material is heated quickly and without residue to the welding temperature.

Our HGV models with electronic temperature control (HGV 101 E, HGV 151 E, HGV 251 E) meet the strict requirements of DVS 2208-1.
