Closed Design
The closed design of our Ring Welders offers a cost- and energy-efficient solution for butt welding plastic pipes (PE, PP). The decisive advantage over conventional mirror heaters is that only the required ring element needs to be heated, not the entire surface. The temperature control is electronic with a digital display and integrated interval control according to DVS 2208. All heating elements are equipped with a non-stick coating made of PTFE to ensure safe material processing. The closed design is equipped with a lifting eye for hanging on a crane system and can be individually produced for all pipe sizes in various configurations according to customer requirements.

The temperature control is electronic with a digital display and integrated interval control according to DVS 2208. The split design is available as a handheld welding device or as a machine welding device. The handheld welding devices feature a non-stick coating, connection cable, and plug. The machine welding devices are equipped with a non-stick-coated heating plate, and the control is located in a separate control box with temperature display and heating interval control. Larger devices are delivered with a lifting eye for hanging on a crane system.
