Pipe elbow welding machine
The RBSM 900 pipe elbow welding machine from RIEXINGER is used for welding segments of PE pipes in the district heating heating range, casing pipe diameter 900 mm.

- Vertical pipe elbow production
- Stepless servo-motorised angle adjustment from 0 to 22.5° per side
- Automated welding process with electronic control
- Pneumatic pipe clamping
- Heating elements in split design open by means of pneumatic cylinder
- Heating elements with non-stick coating
- Extension and retraction of the heating element is done electrically on linear rails

- split planer
- Reducing inserts for smaller pipe diameters
- Extension to Ø 1200 mm possible
