The BSM 1000 is the answer to the challenge of large pipe processing. With a sawing range of up to Ø 1000 mm, it can handle diameters that push conventional saws to their limits. To ensure the necessary precision at these dimensions, the BSM 1000 is equipped with a double-sided saw arm bearing. This design guarantees precise cutting even under load thanks to precision guides and ensures repeat accuracy – a must for the production of standard-compliant segment bends and T-pieces.

The BSM 1000 is designed for continuous operation and gives the operator full control over the process:

• Consistent cutting quality: The infinitely adjustable feed with electric drive allows the cutting speed to be precisely adjusted to the wall thickness and material.
• Prevention of errors: The cutting depth limiter ensures process reliability and prevents accidental damage to the workpiece or substrate.
• Easy adjustment: Thanks to the laser cutter detection, the cutting line can be positioned quickly and accurately. The clearly visible angle scale on the front makes it easy to quickly read and set the desired angle (0°-45°).

With pipes of this size, manual clamping is time-consuming and physically demanding. The optional pneumatic clamping is the most important option for significantly increasing your productivity. It ensures fast, uniform and secure material clamping, reduces manual set-up times to a minimum and increases work safety – a decisive factor for cost-effectiveness in large-scale projects.
