Electric band saws for plastic pipes
With our electric band saws for plastic pipes you are able to saw pipes with a diameter in the range of 50 – 1,600 mm. With all saws it is possible to make angle cuts up to 45°. For small pipes between 50 and 450 mm we offer a manual solution. If you want to saw larger pipes with a diameter of up to 1,600 mm, a model of the semi-automatic band saws is suitable.

BSM 450
Sawing range: Ø 50 – 450 mm
Electric band saw for plastic pipes with a diameter of 50 mm to 450 mm made of robust, torsion-resistant steel construction. The saw bow can be continuously swivelled to one side to produce angular cuts in the range from 0° to 45°.
BSM 630
Sawing range: Ø 200 – 630 mm
The cost-effective, robust solution for manually sawing plastic pipes with diameters from 200 mm to 630 mm. Thanks to the saw arm that can be continuously swivelled to one side, angle cuts in the range from 0° to 45° are possible without any problems.
BSM 630 R-W
Sawing range: Ø 50 – 630 mm
Electric band saw for manual processing of plastic pipes in the sawing range from 200 mm to 630 mm. Exact adjustment possibilities for angle and radius cuts from 0° to 45° especially for the production of diameter-reduced T- and Y-pieces.
BSM 631
Sawing range: Ø 200 – 630 mm
Electric band saw with infinitely adjustable feed and cutting depth limitation for plastic pipes. The saw bow can be swivelled to both sides and allows angle cuts from -45° to 45° for the production of T-pieces* and segment bends*.
BSM 800
Sawing range: Ø 200 – 800 mm
Electric band saw with laser cut detection and cutting depth limitation for plastic pipes. The saw bow can be swivelled to both sides and allows angle cuts from -45° to 45° for the production of T-pieces* and segment bends*.
BSM 1000
Sawing range: Ø 315 – 1000 mm
