Electric band saw for plastic pipes – BSM 630
The BSM 630 made by Riexinger is the cost-effective, robust solution for manual sawing of plastic pipes with a diameter of 200 mm to 630 mm.
Thanks to the continuously tiltable saw arm, angle cuts up to 45° are possible. Both the machine stand and the saw frame are made of a torsion-resistant steel construction. The ball-bearing mounted saw blade deflection ensures a smooth and precise running of the saw blade and the spring-supported blade tensioning device allows an easy saw blade change. Safety is ensured by a two-hand ON-OFF switch with motor protection and brake electronics.

With the help of the laser cut detection you can see the course of the cut at any time during the sawing process and reduce the waste due to the exact alignment of your workpiece.
Attachment table for small plastic pipes
With the optional attachment table for small plastic pipes it is possible to saw pipes in the sawing range between 50 and 200 mm diameter.
Pneumatic clamping
The pneumatic clamping system ensures a particularly secure hold of the plastic pipe to be cut. In addition, the operator’s handling between individual saw cuts is greatly simplified.
